1st Annual Surgery Drive; HSD-SHCHM
Donation protected
HealthShift Drive International (HSDi ) is a not for profit with the mission of "Global Health Equity - that one and all have access to optimum health care"
HSD is raising money for our beneficiary, Sacred Heart Catholic Hospital and Maternity, Oguta Nigeria's 1st Annual Subsidized Surgery Outreach on the 28th and 29th of September, 2016. We crave your indulgence and speedy help due to our late fund drive start.
Funds are for purchase of needed supplies for above outreach. We have conducted six self-funded medical outreaches since March 2016 and have two presurgical outreaches next week. We need assistance for the surgeries as that is more capital intensive. Our surgeons are volunteering their time.
With these outreaches, we are graduating this hospital from total to partial dependence on aid, with the goal of becoming fully self sufficient in a couple of years. We hope to 'afflict' other communities with this syndrome!
It has been a collective dream for our whole team to device a way for communities all over the world to have access to affordable and sustainable health care. Please see pictures and link to our website, where you can also donate to the general fund for our multiple projects.
