The Employee Health Program Code of Conduct is designed to make sure (among other things) that employers and program vendors do not harm the employees they are supposed to be benefiting.

All named and anonymous donations will be used to maintain the website and promote the Code, with a full accounting to be provided once the campaign is complete.

Donations are totally separate from adoption or endorsement of the Code, and participation in the Code workgroup, which can be found on the site.
