I am a 28-year-old stay-at-home mom to four wonderful children, ranging in age from 6 years old to just 11 months. My wonderful husband, Austin, is in the Marine Corps.

On May 25th, 2025, I suffered a cerebellum stroke, which has turned our world upside down. I had to be airlifted from Yuma, AZ to a hospital equipped to deal with strokes in Phoenix - three hours away from my family. I am expected to be in Phoenix for another week.

This stroke caused a brain bleed in my cerebellum. While the bleeding has stopped I am still suffering with symptoms including brain swelling, vertigo, headache, and ataxia. These can continue up to and/or after my brain is fully healed in 3-6 months.

I am facing the ongoing financial strain of future doctor visits, therapy, and essential supplies for my recovery. In addition, I will need help during this recovery process. My husband has already taken extended leave, and I will need assistance when he returns to work full-time. I am asking for help to ease the weight of these costs so I can focus on healing and being present for my children.
