Hayden and Adam’s IVF journey
Donativo protegido
Hey everybody, my name is Tori and I have started this fundraiser for Adam and Hayden Cordell. As most of you may know, Adam and Hayden have been praying for a baby of their own for many years now. What many of you may not know is that they have been seeing fertility specialists in Chattanooga for over a year now. After four failed IUIs, Hayden and Adam started their IVF journey this summer. Earlier this fall we were so excited to find out that their first transfer was successful! At Hayden’s 8 week appointment the ultrasound showed that the embryo split after transfer. She was pregnant with identical twin boys! Unfortunately, the babies no longer had heartbeats. We were devastated to say the least. This year has been very hard mentally, physically, and emotionally for Hayden and Adam. As they get ready to move forward in their IVF journey, we want to try to help ease the financial burden. After paying for many nights in hotel rooms for very early morning appointments, gas, medications, and the treatments, Adam and Hayden have spent over $35,000 out of their own pockets and savings over the past year. These two precious souls have poured so much of themselves into the lives of so many. They have served in various roles as members of Pleasant Grove Church of Christ while helping in the youth ministry there. Hayden has helped so many families bring their own little bundles of joy into the world as a former labor and delivery nurse. She now serves as a postop nurse at Rome Orthopedic Clinic. Adam serves as a teacher at Trion Middle School where he is also the head wrestling coach, head football coach, and assists with both the high school football and wrestling teams. They have not asked for help or donations one time throughout this process but I know there are SO MANY people who love Adam and Hayden that would love to help. Every single donation is so appreciated and most importantly many many prayers as they continue this journey!
