Where do I begin? My name is Kacy Fowler and I live in Nescopeck, PA.  Most of my friends up here in North East PA know I am from Texas, more specifically Houston.  I grew up in Houston with my Dad, Mom, little sister Kenni, and little brother Kody.  I moved here with my daughter Rachael 10 years ago and love the slower pace of a small town.  My Dad, Mom, brother, sister, brother-in-law, niece, and nephew still live in the Houston area.  As you all know Harvey has brought major flooding to the Houston area causing much devistation.  My sister Kenni Robinson, her husband Tim Robinson, daughter Sadie Robinson, and dog Rex were stranded in their flooding house until yesterday evening 8/28.  My nephew David was at his father's house during the flooding luckily for him, high and dry.  While waiting overnight for the rescue crews sewage as well as flood water filled their home.  They were finally resuced the next day when a concerned neighbor realized they had not seen them.  In all of the confusion they had been left behind.  Their neighbor flaged a rescue boat down, climed on and directed the Cajan Navy to their home.  They managed to leave with just a couple of bags and a tote.  Tim Robinson, my brother in law was in the Army from 2004 till 2010.  He served our country overseas and is a wonderful guy!  My sister Kenni works full time and still has time to be a wonderful mother to David 9 and Sadie 3.  Her insurance compay gave them $500 towards food for now, but they will still be in need of things for the long run.  Both of their cars were at their house, insurance will take care of the rentals and replacement vehicles.  They did NOT have flood insurance because they are not in a flood zone so they will have to pay to replace a lot.  All they are worried about right now is having a dry place to stay, food and water, and clothing.  The fund will go directly into Kenni and Tim's bank account once withdrawn.  Please help out in any way you can.  Anything they don't need they will make sure it gets to those that need it.  They are not alone this has affected so many people.  Thank you!
They will be using the money for clothing, gas (once they can drive in Houston again), toiletries, food and water.
