Hannah Denoncourt - Road to Recovery

On Monday morning (4/20/20), my sister Hannah Denoncourt and her boyfriend Daniel Montminy were involved in a serious car accident while driving home after picking Hannah up from her job at the nursing home. Danny suffered from what we believe was a medical emergency behind the wheel. Hannah was sent to Elliott Hospital and Danny was med-flighted to Boston, both with life-threatening injuries. 

Both Hannah and Danny are incredibly strong and are giving every ounce of energy they have into fighting and recovering.

As we begin to find out the extent of their injuries, we know that Hannah will have a long and hard road to recovery ahead of her. Going forward, she will need many months of rehabilitation once out of the hospital. Changes will need to be made to the home setup (such as wheelchair accessibility) once she is discharged from a rehabilitation center. 

Any funds raised through this GoFundMe will go directly to Hannah's medical expenses and care, as well as to making the home safe and accessible for her return. Any amount donated is immensely appreciated by our family and will go directly into Hannah's medical needs. Right now we don't have an estimate of costs, as we still do not know the full extent of the care she'll need. 

We all appreciate the amount of love and support everyone has shown both Hannah and Danny. Our thoughts and prayers are with both of them, as well as with friends and family who know these two kind-hearted individuals.
