Hello, I have a wood shop in holt Michigan and would like to teach classes to women and non-binary people. 
With the state of the world around us mental heath is a huge concern and many I know are struggling with it. We are so disconnected  from each other and I want to share my safe and welcoming woodshop.

In healing from my own trauma I have never found anything as helpful as my shop. Creating something beautiful, learning a new skill and feeling so empowered by it. 


This fundraiser will make it possible for me to buy sets of basic hand tools and build workspaces for up to six people in a class. 

Each class will by donation only and if someone can’t afford it they can take the class for free. 
I hope to have this ready the first weekend in April and do two classes a weekend. 

I would love to build from this and one day offer classes to people in wheelchairs and the hearing impaired.

Anything you can afford to contribute would be greatly appreciated and help to make the people in our community learn new skills in a welcoming space!
