Hi my name is Aoife and I am 9 years old. My favourite colour is orange. We have a cat and a dog. I love playing with my friends, making lego and playing with my dolls. I would like to cut my hair for children who have autism. I think we have superpowers! We all think a bit differently but we are all the same! I enjoy the activities the group do for us and I can make new friends. My nephew goes too and we love it. I will be getting my haircut on the 23rd of April to raise money for Advocates for Autism.

Advocates for Autism CLG is a registered charity and company by limited guarantee set up by a group of parents of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in 2011. Our group is based in Gorey and offers support to families in the North Wexford area.

Our main objective is to help our children develop and progress, and we work hard to secure funding for social activities with a view to promoting greater independence, confidence and integration in the community.
