Help Save Penelope

Penelope went to the vet today because her stomach was extended and there is fluid around her heart causeing the stomach to extended. She got meds and we go back Friday to check if it has gotten better or worse. If it's gotten better, we move on to a speicalist, if not we make a very hard decision. This gofundme is for that. To help cover costs on Friday and for if she needs more help/treatment.
