We are raising money to benefit Mental Health UK with a charity skydive!

We have volunteered to participate in a skydive to help give back to a cause that for us, Martin, Courtney, Dan, John and Cameron hits close to home for, in our own individual ways and experiences.

Mental Health UK do a lot of great work around the country supporting people affected by mental health problems from all ages, including helping the family, friends and carers of the individuals that are affected by these individuals. Approximately 1 in 4 adults experience metal health problems throughout 1 year, especially young people aged 16-24. 50% of mental health problems are established by the age of 14 and 75% by the age of 24, showing such a huge importance on early intervention with the help and care necessary to help these people.
