Attention BBQ teams!  First, congratulations to everyone who heard their name at the Grand Lake BBQ Festival in Langley yesterday!  As you all know, the people's choice portion of this contest is the largest fundraiser for the South Grand Lake Lions Club and their support of the Ketchum Backpack Program.  The program ensures that children in the Ketchum/Langley/Disney communities have the simplist of necessities, food.  No child should ever go hungry and Darrel & Sheryl Hicks, along with their countless volunteers, selflessly carry that responsibility on their shoulders.  

The weather this past weekend was terrible and unfortunate because there was no People's Choice and NO money was raised for the backpack program.  We feel very strongly about this amazing contest and about Darrel & Sheryl Hicks.  We want to help.

We are donating $250 to get this fundraiser started.   Let's raise all the money they would have and more for this very important community resource and these wonderful people!   They provide us with an amazing contest, delicious food for all of the cooks, and great accomodations.  Help us say thank you in a BIG WAY!
