Grace Concepcion's Memorial

Grace Robyn Marie Concepcion was a daughter, a sister, a mother, an aunty, a cousin, and most importantly a friend to all. She loved with all her might and had a soul that would not stop giving. Our family is distraught with grief and could use the support of all who loved Gracie. These funds will assist with the purchase of flowers, memorial cards, candles, and a gigantic photo of my sister because she was extra like that and so her memorial should be too. we are also going to attempt to purchase her tombstone with this fund.
