Good guy run over by navy sailor

On June 8, 2017 at approximately 630 am, Tim was struck while riding his motorcycle to work by a US Navy sailor, in uniform, who fled the scene without stopping. Other motorists stopped to assist and take pictures.
He suffered 2 broken legs, a crushed knee, broken clavicle and a broken hand. His surgery, therapy, and recuperation, etc will be extensive and very expensive. Tim is not financially liquid and now no job or means of support. Without help his success in the future is grave. My name is David , I have been Tim's friend for over 25 years.
