Crissy Cortez's Medical Fund

If you know Crissy Cortez, you know what a kind, sweet, loving, giving person she is.   Crissy is a nurse at University Family Medicine.  She is my nurse and she is amazing.  Crissy has been faced with many challenges over the past three years including spinal surgery, cancer, radiation and chemo therapy.  Crissy has recently suffered a setback which has made it hard for her to talk.  Due to this set back she has been unable to work as 90% of her job involves talking and taking care of her patients.   Crissy is a single mother of 2 beautiful children and needs our help.  I am asking anyone who is willing or able to help out with this great cause.  All the proceeds with go directly to Crissy to help with medical costs and off set her lack of income due to her inability to work at this current time.
