Giving me a life to make a contribution

My name is Dom. I need life saving bariatric surgery. This will be the first of many surgeries that need to happen in order to give me relief from chronic pain and limited mobility, as I have multiple spinal and knee injuries from various forms of misadventure.
My goal is to return to university where I plan to undertake a computer science degree with a view to be part of a team researching individualised medications through artificial intelligence to give people more effective treatments with no adverse effects.
I live with my elderly father, who is my sole carer. We are both pensioners and have limited access to funds.
I am booked in for surgery on December 14 this year and need help to cover the gap fee for my surgeon.
