We will be closing this fundraiser on 1/19/23. We plan to divide funds amongst charities she was active with at the time of her passing. Included in this will be a commemorative bench at Gordon's Pond in Cape Henlopen. Cape Henlopen was a place very near to Ili's heart, it was where she taught Charlie not to fear the ocean, went for daily sunset walks throughout Covid, watched her daughter get married, and where the family enjoyed their last walk together. We will send details to all those who donated as they are finalized.

Ili’s life was defined by a relentless commitment to making the world better through her decorated career in public service, her endless love of family, and her inspiring sense of purpose. Efforts in her memory will honor and cherish those same values. Gifts will be directed to a charitable donation in Ili’s name to a cause dear to her heart and the family will share those details here once they are finalized.
