I didn’t plan on meeting her that day.

I was just on my way home when I noticed a tiny kitten barely moving. Something told me to stop.

When I approached her, she tried to meow.

Almost no sound came out.

That’s when I realized how bad it was.

She has a black-and-white, cow-like coat—beautiful, soft, and heartbreaking against the injuries covering her small body. Her nose is badly damaged, her teeth are nearly gone, and she’s struggling to breathe. The vet believes her injuries are consistent with physical abuse.

Someone hurt her.

Despite everything, she still tried to speak. She still reached out for help with the little strength she had left.

She is severely ill, in constant pain, and suffering from respiratory issues likely caused or worsened by trauma. She urgently needs medical treatment, pain relief, dental care, and time to heal—both physically and emotionally.

So far, I’ve raised $100, and I’m deeply thankful. But her care will cost between $2,000 and $5,000, and I can’t save her alone.

This kitten didn’t ask for the cruelty she endured. She didn’t deserve to be abandoned while injured and scared. She only survived long enough because somehow, against all odds, she held on.
