On Thursday, June 28 Jennifer Gilliam’s and her family’s home was destroyed by the storm and high winds knocking down a tree that demolished more than 50 percent of their house.  Just a mere 5 minutes before the disaster she had called her sister and their 4 kids (ages 17, 9, 8 and 3 weeks) into the common area or they would have been seriously injured and possibly killed.  They are left with little to nothing and life was not easy before this.  Until they can get back on their feet - anything will help - even a few dollars.  The money will go directly back to restoring their homes and their lives.
