Get Huish to Orkney Island Games

Hello, I’m Laura Huish and I’m fundraising to get myself to the Island Games to compete in ladies football in Orkney 2025 (July).

I am planning Moving (Cycling, running, walking, rowing, ski erging or any other mode) just over 700 miles in two weeks starting 10th May to 24th May, which is the distance from London Heathrow airport to Kirkwall airport. This is the distance of my flight as I cannot travel with the team as I cannot get the time of work. This is an extra expense that I have to raise myself.

I have a full time teaching job so this will be quite a challenge to achieve but I am hoping the early mornings and late evenings will pay off.

Any donation would be grateful, this has been a massive success to get a place in this year squad so show your support. On the 24th I will post a photo to show how many miles I have completed in total.
