Get gold for Cork

These two well-known lads from Cork have become superstars in Ireland due to their hard work and dedication to the sport of Irish Jiu-Jitsu. Shane, the oldest of the two brothers, at the mereage of 18 has already ranked 4th in the AJP World Pro in Abu Dhabi this year. He also achieved quad gold in the Irish Open. During the course of this year he already claimed 27 gold medals being ranked 7th in the world at blue belt at IBJJF. Shane recently had his MMA debut at Chaos Fighting Championship where he won his fight by unanimous decision.

His younger brother Stuart Carmody, 17, this year achieved silver in the IBJJF Gi World Championships in California, giving him ranking 2nd in the world at Juvenile Blue Belt. Stuart also won double Gold in the IBJJF No-Gi Europeans and to date has won over 25 gold medals this year.
