Gertrude Davis to attend 2025 NAIITS 22nd Annual Symposium

Hi my name is Victoria Jenkins and I am fundraising for my mother Gertrude Davis to attend the 2025 NAIITS 22nd Annual Symposium

"Voices of the Matriarchs and Women in Community" which is being held from 05 -07 June 2025, Co-hosted by Tyndale University & Seminary - Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Mum has been accepted to co-present with Aunty Reverend Patricia Courtenay of the Anglican Church. Together they will both share their matriarch’s stories of faith, culture and community.

The fundraising amount we are seeking for Mum is $7000. This amount will comprise the following costs:

Return flights & travel insurance - Australia to Toronto = $3500

Accommodation & Food = $1600

Conference Registrations = $1000

Passport = $400

Preparation I.e luggage, warm clothes etc = $250

Touring/shopping/miscellaneous = $250

Total = $7000

Mum will be receiving $5000 from a generous donor and will also be contributing towards the remaining, so we are seeking the remaining $1500 from you; our family and friends.
