In October 2021, our world began to shatter, our beloved Annie was diagnosed at the young age of 37 with triple negative breast cancer that had spread to the lymph nodes, bones and liver. She was told she was terminal and her cancer was very aggressive.

Annie started treatment immediately and completely changed her lifestyle. She removed alcohol, sugar and went completely vegan to prolong her life and have as much time as possible with her husband Gary and their three young children, Rafe 7, Hattie 6 and Dixie 2.

October 2022 it seemed like she was doing well and the cancer was being kept at bay. Annie was looking forward to returning to the job she loved as a Senior Sister in the Paediatric ITU at the Royal London hospital. Then unexpectedly 6 weeks ago she started to suffer severe headaches, followed by loss of vision, hearing and then the use of her legs.

After being rushed to hospital on Boxing Day the Dr’s confirmed our worst fears, the cancer was rapidly tearing through her brain and spine in a very aggressive way. They have given her a prognosis of two to three months at best to live. She now requires 24 hour care.

We are setting up this go fund me page to help Gary and the children financially over the next couple of months. They have always been financially independent, however Gary is self employed and they are not entitled to any financial assistance.

Understandably Gary wants to care for Annie in these final months and we want Gary to be able to not worry about working in order to pay the bills. He needs to be spending as much time as possible with his wife Annie and ensuring their three children can make the final memories with their mum.

We know it is a financially difficult time for people but any help for this family would be greatly appreciated
