Ganga Karki Medical Expenses

चितवन स्थाई घरभै हाल डालस टेक्सासमा आफ्नो परीवारको साथ बस्दै आएकी गंगा कार्की, दिनेश कार्की को श्रीमती मिती सेप्टेम्बर २०१८ ,२२ गते बेलुका साँझ ८:३० बजे तिर कामबाट घर फर्कने क्रममा हाईबे १८३ आर्भिङ्ग टेक्सासमा ठुलो कार दुर्घटना हुनपुग्यो ।

गंगालाई अर्धचेत अवस्थामा एम्बुलेन्स द्वारा बेलोर ग्रेपभाईन हस्पिटलमा लगियो । हस्पिटल पुग्ने बित्तीकै ईमर्जेन्सी अपरेसन कोठामा लगियो र ४ घण्टाको अपरेसन पछी डाक्टरबाट थाहाभयो कि गंगाको शरीर र अनुहारमा धेरै हड्डीहरु भाँचिएको रहेछ । छातीमा निकै ठुलो चोट रहेछ, रगत बग्ने क्रम नरोकिएर पेटको ओपेन सर्जरी समेत गर्नुपर्‍यो । अहिले गंगा ट्रौमा (अाईसियु)मा आफ्नो जीवनकोलागी संघर्ष गरीराखेकी छन । हालसम्म दुईवटा मेजर सर्जरी भैसकेको छ । पछी फेरी फोक्सोमा पानी देखा परेको जटीलताले गर्दा गर्नुपर्ने अरु ३ वटा सर्जरी बांकी रहेको छ । डाक्टरहरुले गंगाको जीवन रक्षाको आशा त देखिएको छ तर उपचारको प्रकृयाभने निकै लामो समयसम्म चल्ने बताएका छन ।

मिसेस.कार्कीको दुईवटा सन्तान छन ( जेठो छोरा ६ बर्षको र कान्छो छोरा ११ महिनाको ) उनका श्रीमान दिनेश कार्की आफ्नो काम छोडि आफ्ना दुईवटा छोराको साथ २४ सै घण्टा आफ्नी श्रीमतीसंग हुनुहुन्छ ।

निकैनै न्युनतम मेडिकल कभरेज, बढ्दो खर्च र आम्दानिको सर्ट भएकोले अमेरिकाको यो महँगो ठाउँमा कार्की परीवार आर्थिक संकटमा पर्नुभएको छ । यो दु:खद समयमा सम्पूर्ण दाजुभाई दिदिबहिनीहरुले आ-आफ्नो ठाउँबाट जे जती सकिन्छ कार्की परिवारलाई सहयोग गरिदिनुहुन हार्दिक अनुरोध गर्दछौँ ।

Mrs. Ganga Karki, wife of Dinesh Karki, a resident of Dallas Texas, was badly injured in a car accident while returning from work on Highway 183, Irving, Texas.  She is hospitalized since September 22, 2018. Initially, her car was rear-ended with a minor accident with no fault of hers. She dialed 911 and while exchanging information, a third car hit the car the second car and Ganga was pinned between her and the second car.

She was rushed to grapevine Baylor in very critical condition. She was diagnosed with multiple fractures in her entire body and blunt abdominal trauma.  She is currently in Trauma Intensive care unit (ICU) fighting for her life.  She has already been through 2 major surgeries and has 3 remaining. The doctors are hopeful with a very long recovery period. Currently, the doctor says she has developed complication in her lungs and the remaining three surgeries can occur after her lungs recovery.

Mrs. Karki has 2 children’s (6 years old and 11 month). Her husband Mr. Dinesh Karki has taken time off from work and is by her side 24/7 with their kids.

Due to her limited medical insurance coverage, and piling expenses, we have organized this fundraising to support Mrs. Karki’s family financially during this difficult time. Your generosity is highly appreciated and thank you all in advance.
