My husband, my Prince Charming had a massive heart attack around 1:15 AM. I did CPR until the medics came, and then they took over and tried their best. They brought him to the hospital and they did everything they could to save him but he had no pulse the entire time. My best Friend is gone...and my heart is broken.
I love you, Dustin, I love that we had almost 20 years together. You brought out the best in me and treated me like a princess. I loved every minute I had with you. You were such a good father, playing Ninja Turtles with the boys around the house and biking with them, Agate hunting, and Pokémon hunting with our kiddos and friends. You gave our boys so many fun adventures.
You were the fun block dad where all the kids flocked too because we have a Disneyland of toys in our garage. And you’d get the plastic pools or sprinklers or water guns or water balloons at the ready. And tents set up for play.
You had so many friends because you were fun, kind, happy, and always there to help.
I wanted to grow old with you baby, but you will live forever in my heart.
*We are raising money for Gabrielle and their 3 young boys, Skylar, Ezra & Noah. The money raised will go to the unexpected expenses that will/have occurred during this time. This money will also help the family get through the months ahead. We (Rick & I) have had the pleasure of watching the love of Dustin & Gabrielle over the past 20 years. They have always been the kindest couple and would go out of their way to help another soul. Our hearts are broken as well as many of the people that have had the privilege to know Dustin. We have been blessed to have witnessed the kindness and love of such a wonderful man. At 42, we truly believe, Dustin was taken way too young. He leaves behind the love of his life, Gabrielle and their three boys. He was always showing off those photos of his sweet family.
Being in the exhibiting art show business, the art & craft shows were all canceled due to COVID. We realize this is a difficult time for many. We appreciate any support that is given.
