I want to tell you about my son Gabriel, only 24 years old. This young man has one of the biggest heart of any person Ive ever known. His three little brothers, little sister, all his friends and anyone that has ever met him immediatley feels the love, joy and fun that he embodies.

He is a free spirited, alcohol/drug-free, loving presense who laughes like snoopy, loves anime, pokemon, action movies and food (all kinds). He has consistently worked a job.

He is all about family and spins his time harassing his siblings and volunteering, coaching and participating with local sports camps for kids. He is a blessing to our lives, and the lives of those who know him. You can always count on him.

Gabe is currently suffering from Alport's Syndrome an autoimmune genetic disease which has led to kidney failure.
Best case my boy will forever have to take medications, endure treatments/interventions (renal-
Hemodialysis removes wastes and water by circulating blood outside the body through an external filter, called a dialyzer, that contains a semipermeable membrane.)
follow-up visits, medical equipment/devices, changes to home accomodations etc... The cost is steadily starting to mount.

So we will use any funds donated to cover the the extensive cost related to Gabes medical cost listed above & any post-care, homecare and the unknown???

So much of this is ????, thats the hardest part. We are sick as a result but so hopeful and thankful. We appreciate having this oppurtunity and space to introduce a really groovy human being that brings laughter and joy into the world everyday. My son Gabe.
