When the Lord calls His children home, it’s not ever easy for us in the flesh to understand. This precious family is having to deal with the loss of a husband, a father, and a grandfather that lived in pain, struggling as cancer slowly diminished his flesh and eventually took his life. This pain is beyond unbearable, and the extreme extra hardship this has placed on Mom as the sole provider and head of household for their daughter and granddaughter is beyond words. As grieving this loss and having to try to put all of the puzzle pieces together for the “new normal” leaves this poor family feeling overwhelmed and defeated. Our Father in heaven teaches us to step in and help those in need, and that’s exactly what I’m trying to do. Let’s help give this sweet family a break from everything that is going on right now. I know that money doesn’t solve problems, but bills do not stop for nothing, unfortunately. Heavenly Father, hold the Romero family extra close right now; shine Your grace, Your peace, and Your love so bright that they feel Your warmth in the midst of the pain, Father. Only You, Lord, have the strength to bring strength in such a weak situation. Heavenly Father, hallowed be Thy name, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done.
As on earth, as in heaven.
