Hello my name is Jacob , I'm 11 years old. I was diagnosed with stage 4 Rhabdomyosarcoma, it's a cancer that's in my stomach. I was diagnosed July 31,2014. Before this I was an active and healthy child. I played football, straight A student in school. I was also in a music video called "Feelings" by Chinx feat French Montanna. Right now I'm being home schooled cause it's hard for me to be able to be at school, when I have to be in the hospital receiving chemotherapy. I have already had 3 surgeries and still have 3 more to go. With my diagnosis my treatment is supposed to last 1year in total , that's if there is no complications. I Have also received a few blood transfusion due to the chemotherapy. I have an older brother who 14yrs old and I also have a younger sister that is 7 yrs old.  Since my diagnosis my mom has went from working full time to taking care of me full time , but I have a great support system with my step dad who's helping out with my brother and sister, to my grandmother who gives my mother a break at least 1to2 times a week just so she can attend to my siblings. It's a tough time for my family but I'm strong and with gods grace, this to shall pass.
