Funeral Expenses for Aunty Betty
It is with the deepest of condolences that we announce the sudden passing of Mrs. Elizabeth Mutagwanya Ssenyonga most known by others as "Aunty Betty".
She left us on August 14th, 2021 at JPS Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. Aunty Betty is survived by her 7 children, namely Rita, Stella, Michael, Rebecca, Geoffrey, Enoch, Bridget, as well as various grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was a long time member of the Ugandan North American Diaspora involved in both UAA-DFW as well as UNAA. She actively participated in providing food to various families and participated in various fundraisers during her time.
She will be greatly remembered by all, for her selflessness and love for people. Regardless of her large family, she treated all around her as family, ensuring they were all well fed and enjoying themselves. She leaves a great void in all our hearts.
We are all devastated by this loss and we were not prepared for the high cost of the funeral service. Aunty Betty's wish was to rest in Uganda besides her family. We as a family, are asking for donations to help cover the funeral expenses and is greatly appreciated.
