Funeral Cost Fund for Shane Fritts

Many people have kindly reached out and asked how they can help with the funeral costs for my uncle, Shane Fritts, who died unexpectedly this Sunday morning. His two children are both young adults, and as you all know, funeral costs are pretty high. We so appreciate everyone reaching out to ask to help. This is where you can do that.

Shane Lee Fritts, 43, of Bald Knob, died Sunday, April 30, 2017 at Unity Health in Searcy. He was born June 5, 1973 in Lebanon, Indiana and was a graduate of Bald Knob High School. Shane was a very hard worker and took great pride in his occupation as an operator in the pipeline construction industry. He had been a member of Local 624 for more than 20 years. Shane was an avid fisherman and enjoyed being outdoors.

He is survived by 2 children, Logan Fritts and Shelby Fritts; granddaughter, HadLee Fritts; parents, Terry Fritts and Pam Merritt; brother, Brent Fritts; sister, Kellie Fritts; nieces and nephews, Breana Steele, Macie Fritts, Sailor Fritts, Nathan Grindahl and Brentley Fritts; grandparents, Jr. and Bea Abney and Syble Fritts and numerous other family members and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Merle Fritts.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home Knob. Services will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home in Bald Knob. Interment will follow in the Velvet Ridge Cemetery by Powell Funeral Home, Bald Knob – Judsonia.
