get our local skate & scooter park built

HUGE UPDATE ON THIS PROJECT.
Planning permission has now been granted for this fantastic skate park. CSP parish council has also pledged £50k towards this project.
We have a target of 3k to raise locally - any contributions gratefully received.
I am a local mum of a keen skateboarder helping to raise money to support this new fantastic skatepark design in Chalfont St. Peter. We have already raised over £600.

The objective is to collaborate with our community and local authority to build a modern wheeled sports activity park for people of all ages to enjoy on their bikes, skates, skateboards and scooters.

Not just a skatepark. If there is enough interest and funding, we’d like to see it include other features to become something that our whole community can enjoy, where families can gather and participate in a wider range of activities.

After grabbing eyeballs in Tokyo 2020, skateboarding will feature at the next two Olympics, Paris 2024 and LA 2028. The Tokyo 2020 Olympics put the spotlight firmly on the action-packed, gravity-defying, extreme sport of skateboarding.
