Funds for Angie's Funeral Expenses

My heart is heavy as I sit and write this as I know God has gained another angel. My daughter Angie had a kind and loving heart she was always willing to give of herself to lessen the struggle of others. Angie’s ordeal began a few years ago when she had an artificial valve replacement procedure done. This was supposed to be a “simple outpatient procedure”, however something went terribly wrong at the end while closing. She ended up crashing several times. The team performed several different life saving procedures, including a quadruple bypass, all of which failed to start her heart and lungs. At which time she was placed on a ventilator and remained at Good Sam Hospital for approximately eight weeks in the cardiac critical care unit. Where she did improve, however very slowly and eventually weaned off of the ventilator. However, there was already a significant amount of damage and Angie was never the same nor able to return to the workplace. As time passed, her medical condition continually deteriorated. In 2019, they gave her a year or less to live as her heart was functioning at 15% and her body was retaining fluids quicker than her heart was able to get rid of it. Because of her medical issues at hand, we were not able to obtain life insurance. This is why I am reaching out to family and friends and asking if anyone feels in their heart they would like to help in any way.
