Fundraising for Umar’s family

We have launched this fundraising appeal for the Afghan National Army Soldier Umar, who courageously hugged a suicide bomber to save 100’s of innocent people in Nangarhar Afghanistan. 

The Soldier who tried to stop the suicide bomber but lost his precious life in the process has been identified as Mohammed Umar from Laghman Province. The suicide bomber was coming towards the checkpoint near behsud bridge, Umar fearlessly rushes towards the bomber and wrestled him down, suicide bomber blew himself and cowardly killed Umar and three other soldier and one civilian wounded. 

Umar sacrificed himself for his nation and people, now let’s not let down his family. Please give generously.
