The Jerzak family is a wonderful family that has had a very difficult time lately. Fred and Dana's son, Gavin, who received a liver transplant in 2017, has been suffering complications. The family has racked up medical bills and travel expenses as they have gone back and forth to Boston for the last few weeks. 
Everyone who knows this family loves them. They are so strong and Gavin is such a fighter, but this kind of setback can be difficult for any family to navigate through- especially during the holiday season. Please consider donating to this family to help them.
