Ted Drury, a valued member of the Chemical Division and Plant Finance Leader at the Gainesville plant, has suffered a tragedy and has lost his wife of 37 years due to COVID complications last week. Let's support and help Ted and his family during this difficult time.
Angela L Drury (Angie), of Jacksonville, passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at the age of 53. Angie was born on September 18, 1967 in Jacksonville, FL. Angie graduated from Paxon High School and attended Florida Community College. She worked in Financial and / or Management capacities at FIS, ATS, MPS Group, American Heritage and St. Johns River Park Power Park. Angie was a dedicated mother and wife first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She loved her family and friends with zeal. She had a vivacious personality and always made people around her laugh and feel welcome. She made friends and brought light and love everywhere she went. She always had a shoulder to lean on or cry on.
Angie is survived by her Husband, Ted Drury, of 37 years. Her children Justin Drury (Kristen), Ashley Drury Jonannesen (J.P.) and Logan Drury. Her sisters Michelle Shaw (Andy), Christina Kasten (Kyle), Uncle Glen Thrift, Mother-in-law Carolyn Drury (James), Father-in-Law Thomas Drury (Edith) and Brother- in- laws Mark Drury, Timmy Drury (Candy) and Billy Drury. She also leaves many nieces and nephews. Along with a host of cousins & friends. She is preceded in death by her Mother Lavenia Boswell, Father Buddy Barber, Granny Thelma Thrift and Grandfather Guy Thrift.
