The story behind this website and my own main cause for wanting to build awareness for cancer started with my mom. She found out about her colon cancer about four years ago, and has been through many surgeries and therapy sessions, only in hopes to fight off what she had. I have watched her for many years, going from hospital to hospital, until she landed at MD Anderson. This hospital made her feel comfortable and hopeful, with the amazing staff and renowned doctors. I created this non-profit in hopes to give back to source that helped my mother at her toughest times- while also spreading awareness.

bd cancer support’s mission is to help fund cancer research while also spreading awareness for the cause, serving all who have interest in giving back to the cancer society, in hopes to grow resources.
