Funding for Nebulas medical bills

We got nebula from Spitfyre shibas and it has been a long and terrible ride. She flew in on September 17 and arrived to us in Pittsburgh around 7. She seemed scared which was normal for the conditions she just encountered. We got her home and she wouldn’t eat for us that night, again normal we thought. We contacted the breeder and she suggested.

.. cat food. The next day still wouldn’t eat and so we decided to try some boiled chicken and rice to get something in her stomach. She ate some but began to throw up after. This is where our story begins... she would throw up every time she ate and every single time she would drink water. It was the second day of her drinking and throwing up and she began to not be interested in food at all. Once again we contacted the breeder and told her we were on our way to the emergency vet because we didn’t know if she had an obstruction or what was going on because she didn’t have anything in her stomach due to puking it all up  and now puking yellow and not pooping at all. The ER vet suggested blood work and some xrays first to see if there was an obstruction or any bad blood levels.  Or maybe someone during her flight gave her something? Then they tested for coccidia and parvo.  Parvo negative, coccidia positive. So they sent us home with any nausea medicine, de worming and have her fluids. we felt positive. The first vet bill was a little over 700 dollars for all of that being that it was an emergency ER. This is where the owner of spitfyre shibas started to get rude. She began saying that the vets were ripping us off and it shouldn’t have been that much money and there was no reason to test her for all that other stuff. And that they also gave her the wrong medicine. Long story short we took her in and out of the hospital because she would still not keep a thing down to the point where she had to spend about four days in the ICU. She had IV FLUIDS, medication and a feeding tube. We have to even bring her home with the feeding tube to make sure she would keep medicine down. We did everything to keep our little marvel baby alive. It was the worst week and a half of our lives and put us through so much emotionally and physically. No one wants to see they’re baby so sick where you can’t do anything to help them.

The breeder refuses to help in any medical bills and is refusing that anything was wrong with her.  Let alone ask how she was doing during all of this. She has called all of our vets incompetent and un knowledgable, as well as morons and stupid. And that she knows more than any vet that we talked to for being a breeder of 27 years. She refused to listen to anything we had to say about our nebula and just stuck to her same lines. We don’t know if nebula is completely out of the woods yet, she could have internal damage from all of this and that may never go away. Or she could have a congenital disease that we are unaware of. We are struggling with a hefty medical bill that we just can’t pay off on our own.  So we come here with heavy hearts to ask if anyone out there is willing to help us out while we get through all of this.
