Fund Sam's Phantom Regiment Tour Fees

What is drum corps?

Drum corps is in short, a professional marching band. There are lots of corps that compete against each other, with 21 of them being part of the World Class competition. Each year, DCI World Class Championship Finals are held in Indianapolis, IN where only 12 finalists are chosen. Last year, the corps I am auditioning for, Phantom Regiment, was ranked 4th in the world!

Unfortunately, this activity isn't affordable. The costs to give a member a place to sleep, an instrument, food, and travel costs for an entire summer come out to around $10,000-$12,000. The corps and DCI are both non-profit organizations which means they cannot afford to cover all of these expenses, but they cover roughly half. Phantom Regiment has not announced their tour fees for the 2025 season, but it is estimated to be around $6,000.
