After years of sacrifice, working part-time on the airport ramp in Oregon for $16 an hour, I was offered the promotion of a lifetime — a real shot at a full-time career in aviation, a dream I’ve carried in my heart for as long as I can remember.

But this dream isn’t just mine. It’s for my two little girls, who see their dad chasing something bigger. It’s for my wife, my partner of 15 years, who’s stood beside me through every high and low.

Together, we’ve always made it work — but now, we’re being asked to take the biggest leap we’ve ever faced: relocating across the country to St. Louis, Missouri to begin this next chapter.

The company is helping with relocation, but we still need support with the essentials — getting into a new home, keeping food on the table, and securing transportation as we rebuild in a brand new city.

We’re stepping into the unknown with faith, courage, and everything we’ve got.
