Friendsurance (Katie and Ed)

As some of you may know, our NYC newbies (Katie and Ed) experienced a very unfortunate incident with a break-in last week in their new apartment in NYC. Everyone is okay, but a few valuable goods were taken and unable to be recovered (and uninsured). It's a crappy way to start their NYC journey, and given that they have had a rougher time than most this year, I thought it might be nice if a few of us could chip in small amounts to help them recoup some of the losses (call it, 'Friendsurance'). I'm sure any small amounts (e.g. $20) would go a long way. Absolutely no obligation or expectation - and importantly they have no idea this is happening as I'm sure they would definitely say no!
