Friends and Fans of local restaurants world-wide, one of my pals...and in my opinion one of the best chefs in the world, needs our help.  Much like it has for countless mom & pop businesses throughout the country, the negative economic impact from the pandemic is taking its toll on Famed Pizza innovator Chris Bianco.  While he’s pursuing a variety of lifelines to help keep his restaurant group alive and valuable employees on the payroll (i.e. PPP, grants, etc), the hole that covid has put his business in is becoming overwhelming.    If you know Chris, he's way to humble to make this ask, so I've set out to do it myself.

I met Chris back in 1996 when I moved back to Phoenix and his restaurants remain some of  my all-time favorites.   When I started my travel business over 11 years ago, we made a commitment to providing our clients access to the world's best restaurants that were unique, authentic and LOCAL.   Pizzaria Bianco is the model for the type of restaurants we search for (and discover) throughout the world.
When the words "best pizza" are ever mentioned, Chris Bianco's pizza is always in the mix.  Rachel Ray, Andrew Zimmern, Oprah Winfrey, Martha Stewart, countless others, and of course yours truly think this is the best pizza in the world.

Chris is now resorted to auctioning off his father's paintings to help keep his operation alive.  Frankly, I'd like to prevent this from happening.
