Fred deserves a second chance

Fred was a rescue, he is only 5yrs old came from an abusive home where he was neglected and then later became a neighborhood stray near my house. I’ve only had him a little over a year and is still very scared of people.  He has an inoperable fast growing tumor that is very close if not already attached to his brain. Fred is already suffering from some facial paralysis however, with radiation treatment the oncologist thinks he can shrink the tumor possible stop it from growing and extend his life. Fred deserves it, he is a sweet dog who deserves a chance to live a happy life and we want more time to show our sweet boy the love and happiness he deserves. We are desperate and are asking for any kind of help, thank you and please share. I will post all finalized invoices as I receive them.
