For the Love of Brian

Brian thought he was coming down with the flu, feeling tired and achy. A week later he was slurring his words. Then he didn’t know his beloved family. He was diagnosed with encephalitis, inflammation of the brain. Cause unknown.
That was 13 months ago. Since then, Brian has been unable to work, or do most of the things he loves. Once a gifted athlete, now he can barely walk. An extraordinary craftsman, now he does not know how to use his tools.
On Thanksgiving night he was readmitted to the hospital, where he is being treated again, for inflammation of the brain. Once the inflammation is under control, Brian will finally begin acute rehab, where he will receive the treatment he needs to rebuild his life again.
Brian has an enormous heart, always the first to lend a helping hand, never asking for anything in return.
Now, it’s Brian who needs the helping hand.
The family has been managing on limited income for over a year, and the medical bills are substantial. Caregiving duties have caused Sandie to miss a lot of work, and the need to hire an inhome caregiver is also in their future. This fund will help to keep the bills paid, so Brian and his family can focus on his recovery. We appreciate any help, and no contribution is too small.
Please help us Bring Brian Back...
Back to work
Back to doing the things he loves
Back to his life
Many thanks and love.
