Hi Everyone! My name is Mia Reede and I am raising money for the Living Water Children's Center in Tanzania. All of your donations go directly to the school in Arusha. I volunteered at the school this past summer and it was a truly life-changing experience. Now that I'm home, I am really eager to continue close work with the school helping and donating to their incredible mission in any way I can. The LWCC is a dedicated non-profit that has over 50 orphans and additional under-privileged children who board at the school because their parents cannot afford to transport them to and from school every day. The school provides safety, shelter, food, dedicated teachers and a thorough education that they would otherwise likely not receive. Your donations will fund a project that is necessary to the school's continuity and is requested directly from the faculty at LWCC. They need $7000 to build rain gutters and underground storage at the school. During rain season, water is in abundance but it is also very unpredictable. In saying this, lack of clean water or any water at all is a HUGE issue in Tanzania. If we raise this money to build the rain gutters and underground storage for supplies, LWCC will be able to collect and store the water for when rainy season passes and dry season begins. In the current situation, children and adults alike are forced to depend on water from a village called Kisongo, draining that village's water resources. If we are able to raise this money, students at the Living Water Children's Center will be able to have a water supply to call their own, rather than having to worry about traveling elsewhere to get water; something we see as an easily accessible resource. In addition, 
the members of the Kisongo village will also greatly benefit from this as they will finally have their own water supply to help their own people. If this money is raised thousands of underprivileged members of Tanzanian society will have access to clean water. A contribution of any size is greatly appreciated and I can promise that your donation will not go to waste, rather, it will benefit a young child's future.
