For sweet Mariel White and family

Several months ago, sweet Mariel White fell ill and was admitted to the hospital near her college in Gainesville, FL. After weeks of research and testing, Mariel was diagnosed with a very rare and incurable blood disorder that causes hypereosinophilia in the blood. This disease required her to receive multiple types of chemo treatment and blood thinners due to blood clots in her legs.
Last week, Mariel started having vision problems and numbness in her left leg. An MRI of her brain showed 3 bleeds in different areas.
Shortly after the 3 strokes in her brain, she suffered an additional stroke in her spine, causing irreversible paralyses from her waist down.
Her body has responded negatively to multiple medicines meant to help her, and options are running out. Doctors are baffled and Mariel’s family is understandably in utter shock. One problem has lead to another, leaving the outcome unknown. The origin and reason behind the disorder is still a mystery.
Needless to say, medical expenses add up by the minute. And being out of work to take care of their sweet and beautiful daughter would put any family in an extremely tough financial spot, and only add to the stresses of the situation.
Although they would never ask for financial help, anything that you are able to give to help this amazing family struggling with this unimaginable situation would be greatly appreciated.
