For Jake's brand new smile

Jake has had soft teeth all his life and it's only caused him pain and discomfort. The best course of action is to get him dental implants. This will improve his health greatly, plus his confidence.
Jake moved around a lot as a boy growing up in Minnesota living with his mom. He spent his time fixing and riding dirt bikes and all manner of motorized vehicles when he wasn't working on the dairy farm or his other jobs. At 16 he moved in with his dad in le center. Later he began competing in motocross racing. In 2006 while doing free style tricks he ended up breaking his neck in a serious accident. The doctors said he may not ever walk again but through months of physical therapy he regained the ability to walk. He still struggled with pain which lead to him abusing pain meds.Then when that no longer worked to manage the pain he moved on to meth then a few years later heroin.
Being in and out of jail and a few treatment centers and losing his girlfriend in a head on collusion, he saw what kinda of life he had and he strived to get sober. The final straw was when he overdosed on heroin and needed to be given Narcan by his dad to save his life.
After going to a treatment center with the support of his family, and his strong will to make a better life for himself he can now proudly say hes been sober since 1/30/2019 and remained sober through the tragic loss of his dad who was his best friend.
After his fathers passing he was looking for something to keep him busy and out of trouble and being the thrill seeker that he is, he found a paragliding school near by. He started lessons in May and over the summer while learning and getting to know the crew he got close to Kristina who was helping him learn, and they started dating.
Together they are trying to raise money to get Jake much needed dental implants.
