For Gargi and Nando ...

As many of you know our dear Nando (da) has not been well (its an understatement) for a good 2 weeks now. He is still critical but is showing signs of gradual improvement. While his lab measurements and clinical measurements are slowly improving, he is still needs a ventilator support. A definitive diagnosis is still pending.

In short, it is going to be a long road to recovery for him. Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family. I know many in the community have stood by Gargi over the past few days, providing material and emotional support, but, she has for the lack of a better phase, "a mountain to climb" . 

I was hoping we could collectively pool in some money so it is a little easier for her to take care of Nando, her 2 little kids and her Mom over the next few days/months. She could perhaps use it towards a house-keeper, food delivery, a nanny for the kids, etc.

Knowing Gargi, she would never accept individual contributions, but if it came from a group, she would perhaps be okay.
