For those who don't know, young Dylan was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, a rare and aggressive, fast growing cancer at just 12 years old. Dylan has spent the majority of the last 3 years in various hospitals; his strength, courage and determination has been an inspiration to all of those around him

Unfortunately, despite undergoing many treatments and winning many battles along the way, this week we have been hit with the devastating news that wor Dylan's cancer has returned again and heartbreakingly there are no more treatment options available.

All money raised from this will help Dylan's family, to help alleviate some of the financial pressure and provide anything that Dylan wishes while he continues to fight.
