Gospel Football Tournament, Katanga Slum, Uganda

Hi, my name is Hannah, I am fundraising for our friend Trevor Maddison to put on a football tournament for the kids and young people of Katanga slum, Kampala, Uganda. Getting to know the locals over the last year he has discovered that they are all big football fans. With a few hundred pounds he could hire a football pitch and chairs for several days to hold a tournament. He would like to get some trophies for the winning teams in each age group as well. The three age groups would be: 11 - 13, 14 - 16 and 17 - 20 years. This would be a way of getting everyone together for a memorable and fun occasion. Trevor has a passion to share the Good News of the Gospel through healing and worship which will be available to all who come to the tournament.
