Help a sister out!!

My sister is an absolute star who has changed her life around. I used to be terrified of losing her to depression and burn out, but now that she's come out as trans she's blossomed. She's such a cheerful, bright, hopeful person who is helping others in the LGBTQ+ community, while ALSO kicking ass at med school. BUT her insurance just decided that while they 'approved' her upcoming surgery, they aren't going to actually COVER any of it... so surprise, it's all out of pocket. ANY help you could give her will get paid forward to the next generation of queer kids, too, because that's her ultimate goal as a doctor!
