Camp TBO - Vol 2

I had my first experience competing in a CrossFit competition outside of the Caribbean at Invictus Boston Invitational last weekend and it was phenomenal!

I would love the opportunity to attend James Townsend’s training camp in Des Moines, Iowa from July 8th - 11th to benefit from his elite level coaching environment.

Any funds raised will go towards airfare, accommodation and food!
